Tips

To help make your first visit go as smoothly as possible, we recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to finish up any paperwork and to acquaint yourself and your pet(s) with our hospital.

We also ask that you please bring any medical records with you so that we can better understand your pet’s health history. Alternatively, you can arrange for your previous veterinary hospital to fax your pet's records to our hospital prior to your visit.

Our fax number is 905-771-7260.

Depending on the reason for your visit, we ask that you please bring the following items with you along with your pet:

Annual Exam/Vaccination Appointment:

Fecal (poop) sample: This test is recommended annually to ensure that your pet(s) have not picked up any worms or internal parasites throughout the past year.

Questions: A great way to make sure we have answered all your questions and/or concerns is to write them down before coming in for your appointment.

A leash or pet carrier: Although your pet may listen to you and is friendly, other pets in the clinic at that time may not be.

Non-Routine Appointments:

History of your pet's problem or your concerns.

What type/brand of food you are feeding your pet(s).

Note any changes that have happened in the recent past (i.e. got another new pet, moved, had a baby…etc.).

Cancellation Policy: Please Note – to avoid being charged a $50.00 cancellation fee, please give us 24-hour notice if you cannot make your appointment.
